Pasifik Energi Sejahtera was originated to support Infunde Development, who came together in 2015 to deliver projects and solutions to Infraco Asia in South East Asia. Pasifik Energi Sejahtera now works independently for Infraco Asia in Indonesia.
The team has a vast experience in renewable energy engineering, construction and investment experience in developing markets. The Pasifik Energi Sejahtera project team ensures the projects are delivered responsibly and with integrity.
Pasifik Energi Sejahtera works with partners to provide management and financial guidance while offering the ability to act as a bankable developer for renewable power projects.

Erik Peper
President Director - Indonesia
Erik has over 30 years’ experience mainly gained across Southeast Asia in relation to development, construction, financing, management, design, engineering, operations, and commissioning of energy assets. He has managed construction and operations of projects valued well over US$100 million.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering and is a professional engineer. Erik has held senior management roles in South East Asia at Wartsila, Rolls-Royce, Navigat Energy and Max Power.
Remi Berthet
Laos – Hydro Technology Specialist
Rémi has over 12 years experience in hydropower project development in South East Asia with a demonstrated track record of project management at all stages of the hydropower development cycle, from exploration, to construction. He successfully developed the first 100% private hydropower project in communist Laos, Nam Nhone HPP. Serving as country manager for several utilities, he managed the project development of over 300MW of small and medium size hydropower projects in Lao PDR.
He is bilingual in French and English, proficient in Russian and Laotian. Rémi holds a Master in Business Engineering from Grenoble University.
Nizar Rachman
Business Development Director - Indonesia
Nizar has over 25 year of experience in power generation business industries especially in the Business Development role. He has worked for various well known multinational companies such as GE, ABB, Alstom as well as the local Indonesia power company. Hands on experience in developing Renewables, Waste to Energy, Gas to power and also Power Rental. Up until now, he has been able to closing various power project in excess of $ 400 Mio USD through out his career with mainly PT PLN and also private power companies.
He graduated with Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University of USA.
Royke Oktaviano
Head of Finance
Royke has over 18 years of extensive experience in reporting, financial planning & analysis, management accounting and tax across diverse industry sectors such as oil and gas, marine services, construction, and logistics.
He holds master’s degree in accountancy from Trisakti University with a specialization in Taxes. Royke is an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA). He is a member of The Indonesian Institute of Chartered Accountants (IAI) and a member of The Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI).
Adryanov Hutabalian
Legal and Compliance
Adryanov has experiences over 13 years as a lawyer and legal counsel in various multinational companies (i.e. PwC Indonesia and PLTA KHE). Over the course of his career, his practice has focused on energy and natural resources, but he also works on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and corporate transaction, permitting and licensing, and foreign direct investment (FDI), especially on energy and natural resources matters.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2011, majoring in Business Law Activity. He has licensed to practice as an advocate in Indonesia and he also registered as member of the Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI).
Cleveland Genio Manik
Business Analyst
Cleveland has over 6 years of experience in the financial industry, having worked at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) in the Equity Investment Division and at PT BNI Sekuritas in their Investment Banking Division.
During his tenure at previous companies, he has mostly handled M&A transactions in various industries, mostly in the infrastructure sector, with a transaction amount in excess of US$300 million.
He is skilled in corporate finance, financial analysis, and financial modeling. Cleveland is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia.
